Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

Jellicoe Health offers both one-time purchases and subscription purchase options. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Subscription Overview

Subscriptions are designed to provide convenience and uninterrupted product delivery at a preferred rate.

When you select a subscription:

You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Orders will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

You may manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to renewal.


Billing & Renewal

Subscription orders are billed automatically on the renewal date.

You will receive confirmation of each renewal via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment information remains current and valid.

If payment fails, we may retry the charge before cancelling the subscription.


Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellation must be completed before the renewal is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be retroactively cancelled.


Refunds on Subscription Orders

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first shipment of a product.

Subscription renewal shipments are not eligible for refunds under the first-order guarantee.

Charges that have already been processed are not eligible for retroactive cancellation.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription prior to renewal to avoid unwanted shipments.


Modifications

Customers may log into their account to:

Update shipping address

Update payment information

Change delivery frequency

Skip a shipment

Cancel their subscription

If you experience difficulty accessing your account, please contact support prior to your renewal date.


Failed Deliveries / Refused Packages

If a subscription order is returned due to:

Incorrect shipping address

Refusal of delivery

Failure to retrieve package

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions and/or refuse service in cases of:

Repeated refund requests

Chargebacks without contacting support

Excessive cancellation patterns

Policy manipulation
