30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each product.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

The guarantee applies to one unit per product, per customer.

If multiple units of the same product are purchased in a single order, only one unit is eligible for refund.

If additional orders of the same product are placed before a refund request is submitted, only the first unit of the first order remains eligible under this guarantee.

Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for additional refunds.

Refunds are limited to one refund per product, per customer.


What Is Refunded

Refunds apply to the paid product purchase price only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If free shipping was applied to an order that included multiple units, only the eligible unit will be refunded.


Return Requirements

For most first-time refund requests, customers are not required to return opened products.

We reserve the right to request return of unopened items in certain situations.

If a return is required:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.


Subscription Orders

The 30-day guarantee applies to the first shipment of a product only.

Subscription renewals and subsequent shipments are not eligible for refunds under the first-order guarantee.

Customers are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions prior to renewal. Subscription charges already processed are not eligible for retroactive cancellation.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery

Additional units beyond the first eligible unit

Subsequent purchases of the same product

Orders flagged for abuse, excessive refunds, or policy manipulation

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers


Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account restrictions and forfeiture of eligibility under this policy.
